Start a new relationship with yourself

Specialized treatment in all things relationships and sex.

What's good?

To inspire and welcome authenticity in session, I show up unapologetically myself; tattooed, anime references at the ready, always knowing what the planets are doing, and having my chaotic coworker of a fur child named Blaze who will likely insert himself into our sessions. In the same way I want you to be truthful and open, I ensure to create a space for you to feel safe and heard. I display that in my work with you, and welcome all parts of you in our work!

I KNOW THAT YOU'D LIKE TO BE MORE GENUINE IN YOUR RELATIONSHIPS, AND SPEAK TO YOUR RELATIONAL AND SEXUAL NEEDS. BUT FEAR OF JUDGEMENT AND DISAPPOINTING OTHERS HOLD YOU BACK

The core of my work is the development of connection, communication, and self-empowerment. I help develop an intentional awareness about what’s happening inside, so that it can become easier for you to make decisions about what’s happening on your outsides and begin to make choices about the way you interact with the world. To do so, I work from a social justice perspective, recognizing how systems of white supremacy, patriarchy, and oppression influence the health and wellbeing of underserved and marginalized folx, and how to cultivate joy and pleasure into everyday life in light of these systems.

I create an inclusive, non-judgmental space where individuals and couples can explore their relationships, emotional well-being, and sexual health. My approach is grounded in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced in today’s world. We work together to explore the root causes of your challenges, uncover limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies that empower you to make lasting change. Whether you're struggling with anxiety in your relationships, dealing with codependency, or feeling disconnected in your partnerships, friendships, or family, I help you gain the tools to feel more confident and empowered in all aspects of your life and relationships.

Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences, such as family dynamics and societal influences, may have shaped the way you show up in relationships. I’ll help you find space for your voice to be heard and valued. With a blend of practical tools and a focus on understanding your emotions, I encourage you to slow down and reflect on the stories you’ve been living by. This process will help you regulate your emotions, clarify your values, and regain a sense of control in your life.

I believe in a collaborative, engaging approach, where your active participation is key. My goal is for you to leave therapy not just with a deeper understanding of yourself but also with the tangible skills to cultivate healthier, more fulfilling relationships—both with others and with yourself

How I can help you

I offer online therapy for clients throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware and coaching worldwide, giving you the convenience and comfort of virtual sessions from your own home.

Background

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Creative Writing and Psychology from Franklin & Marshall College, and completed my Master’s Degree in Counseling at Arcadia University. My clinical training focused on providing trauma informed care, my particular population being young adults in higher education. After completing my degree, I worked as a staff therapist at a Philly university helping undergraduate and graduate students navigate anxiety, depression, stress, COVID, and institutional inequities. I then worked in a group practice and received certifications in being a kink-informed and non-monogamy informed clinician, focusing my work on relationships and sex and cultivating joy and pleasure. Populations I work well with are BIPOC & queer/gender/TGNC communities, young adults, undergraduate and graduate students, alternative spiritualities, geeks and nerds, and I'm sex-positive, polyamory/CNM and kink/BDSM affirming and trained, and pro-SW.
