WHAT IT EXPECT:
In our therapy sessions, we’ll work to navigate current problems and improve thinking and behavior. I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. I specialize in relational therapy, which means I'm here to better help you invest in your relationship with yourself, and expand on your relationship with others. This can include improving communication, conflict resolution, taking accountability, and understanding attachment needs.
Express your favorite version of yourself
We all have a tendency to put others first, but in doing so we can neglect ourselves in undeserved ways. Let me be your advocate in helping you shed light on your favorite version of yourself, and show you a kinder, gentler way to treat both yourself, and the important people in your life. I bring to light patterns that have blocked clients from living in their genuine joy. These blocks are usually people pleasing, self-neglect of needs, minimizing their own feelings, loose boundaries, and making themselves small. I use compassion and encouragement to help clients step into their confidence and power, giving them the space to use their voice, and creating tools to create that space outside of session. I will be the validating support you need to build you up. We will work together to cultivate a truly pleasure filled life, teasing apart what truly brings you joy and excitement in accordance with your values.
