Sex therapy is a type of therapy that focuses on helping folks address issues related to sexual functioning, satisfaction, and intimacy. As a sex therapist, I specialize in helping clients develop a better understanding of their own sexual needs and desires, paving the way for healthier sexual experiences. You don't need to be in a relationship to benefit from sex therapy! I create an open and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences related to their sexuality and sexual journey in a non-judgmental and respectful manner.



Through my services I strive to help clients gain insight into their sexual self, improve communication around sex, and enhance their sexual satisfaction. Whether you’re wanting to introduce new activities, discuss fantasies with your partner (or through solo sex), or wanting to explore kink/BDSM in a safe and consensual manner, this is a place to turn back the pages to your story, and re-write the shame and guilt that occurs in your life, including your sex life.
