Sex therapy is designed to help individuals and couples address issues related to sexual functioning, sexual satisfaction, and intimacy. As a specialized sex therapist, I focus on helping clients better understand their own sexual needs and desires, leading to more fulfilling and authentic sexual experiences. You don’t need to be in a relationship to benefit from sex therapy—whether single, in a partnership, or exploring non-monogamy, I’m here to guide you in navigating your sexual identity, concerns, and goals.
