I work with young adults and working professionals—especially those in healthcare, corporate, or high-pressure environments—who want more clarity in their relationships and a deeper connection to themselves.
In therapy, we’ll explore current challenges, unlearn unhelpful patterns, and build tools to improve communication, emotional regulation, and self-trust. My approach is rooted in relational therapy, focusing on attachment, accountability, and healthier ways of relating to others and yourself.
